Cancellation Policy

Life can be very unpredictable at the best of times. Cancelling last minute throws the massage therapist out of rhythm where all the behind the scene – set up – organising – administrative – side of business takes place . Also other bookings could have been filled in. Your massage therapist will send a confirmation text a day before your appointment, asking to confirm the booking. If yes and then a cancellation occurs that day you will be charged for your booking at full price (of how long you have booked in for) of the massage.
